CUTTING BOARD CARE

To help ensure many years of service we wanted to pass on a few tips.

• wash your cutting board by hand

• use liquid dish soap to wash your cutting board and wipe dry.  Let it finish by air-drying on its side.

• Use Orbit Woodworks Board Conditioner to maintain the finish

• Do NOT soak a wood cutting board or leave submerged in water.

• Do NOT put in dishwasher

• Do NOT us harsh, concentrated cleaners.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of order for stocked items.

Personalized items typically ship within 5-10 business days.

All products are shipped using USPS with tracking.

Products currently only ship to the United States.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of items that have not been personalized up to 30 days.  Items shall be returned in unused condition.  Once a product is returned (return shipment is the responsibility of the customer) we will submit the refund, less the original shipping cost.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Every product comes with a 1-year Limited Warranty.  The warranty covers manufacturing defects.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or inadequate maintenance covered in FAQ section on website.  Obligation to the warranty, is of the opinion of Orbit Woodworks LLC.  If the product does need to be returned, all shipping cost will be at customers expense.  If the item cannot be repaired it will be replace with like type. If the product is no longer available it will be replaced with similar type and quality.
